We presently are not considering the following businesses:

• >50% FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon)
• China import – US resale arbitrage
• Commodity agriculture, including cannabis. We do like businesses that serve the Ag sector with inputs, machinery or services.
• Mass-market, general productivity or social media software
• Pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or pre-market medical devices
• Restaurants and food service

It is not exclusive, but rather a guideline.  With infrastructure in these two metropolitan areas, we are available to work both with and in our businesses, as is often necessary with our smaller investments.  

Apart from our primary cities, our focus must shift up-market to larger businesses with fully intact management teams that require less day-to-day oversight.
